STEP 1
In the second funnel, place the accompaniments you want to infuse your spirit with. Fruits, nuts, chocolate, peppers, wood chips... there are limitless possibilities!
STEP 2
In the top funnel, place the spirit you want to infuse. Turn the valve to begin the process. You can infuse slowly or quickly depending on how open the valve is set. *Pro tip - the slower you infuse, the better the flavor.
STEP 3
The infused spirit then comes through the coiled tube and opens up and smooths the flavor.
STEP 4
Pour your newly infused spirit into your favorite glass and enjoy your cocktail or mocktail with your friends and family!
